2.2 Company Details and Anonymity

Compliance Tracker India is designed to be privacy-friendly:

Forum and Updates features do not require any company information

Dashboard/company tracking is optional and only needed if you choose to track compliances

We do not require you to enter your company's legal name, CIN, PAN, GSTIN, turnover, bank details, or director details to use Forum and Updates

If you create a dashboard, we may ask for company type (e.g., Private Limited, LLP) to show an appropriate compliance library
-
Any additional company information (if added in future versions) will be optional unless clearly required for a feature you enable

3.5 Billing and Subscription Management (Plus Plan)
Compliance Tracker India Plus (₹199/month) enables Team and Reminders features (and other premium features).
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following cases:

If you use Forum features:

Your posts, comments, likes, and profile information (name, username, profile photo) are visible to other users

Your posts may appear in hashtag feeds, search results, and other users' feeds

Reposts and quotes of your content will be visible to others

You can control some visibility through privacy settings (where available)

4.2 With Your Team (Within Your Workspace — Dashboard Users)
If you are in a workspace:

Your name and profile photo may be visible to other team members

Your compliance updates may be visible to the Owner (and/or team, depending on workspace settings)

Owners can assign categories and view completion updates

4.3 With Service Providers
We use trusted third-party providers for:

These providers may process limited information solely to provide services to us and are required to protect it.

Compliance Tracker India's compliance library and content are currently designed for Indian businesses. We provide compliance information for awareness and organization and do not guarantee that the library is complete or applicable to your business in all circumstances. We encourage users to verify requirements using official sources and/or consult a qualified professional (CA/CS/legal).

We do not collect: CIN, PAN, GSTIN, bank account details, director Aadhaar/PAN, turnover, invoices, employee salary data, or client/customer lists. Forum and Updates features do not require any company or financial information.
