Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement", or "EULA") govern your access to and use of the Compliance Tracker India mobile application and related services ("Compliance Tracker India", "App", "Services"), operated by PPLST Tech ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Compliance Tracker India, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About Compliance Tracker India

Compliance Tracker India is a compliance awareness and community platform designed to help anyone interested in Indian business compliances:

Forum

  • Connect with business owners, CAs, CSs, and compliance professionals

  • Post content, share experiences, ask questions, and engage in discussions

  • Follow other users and build your network

  • Like, comment, repost, and quote posts

  • Use hashtags and mentions to discover and participate in conversations

​

Updates

  • Access curated compliance-related updates

  • Browse featured articles and trending stories

  • Filter and search for specific topics

  • Receive notifications about important compliance updates

​

Track Your Compliances

  • Create a dashboard to track your company's compliances

  • View a library of compliance requirements (for Indian businesses)

  • Track compliance status

  • Set reminders for recurring compliances

  • Assign compliance categories to team members (Plus Plan)

Compliance Tracker India does NOT provide legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility

​

You may use the App only if:

  • You are 18 years of age or older

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

  • You are using the App for lawful purposes

Compliance Tracker India is intended for use in India, though the Forum and Updates features are accessible to anyone interested in Indian business compliances.

3. Account Registration and Use

​

3.1 Account Creation

To use Compliance Tracker India, you must create an account using supported sign-in methods (e.g., Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In).

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

  • Maintain appropriate conduct in Forum features

3.2 Forum Use

When using Forum features, you agree to:

  • Post only accurate, lawful, and respectful content

  • Not post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content

  • Respect intellectual property rights of others

  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

  • Follow community guidelines and moderation policies

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action for violations.

3.3 Workspace Roles (Dashboard Users)

If you create a dashboard workspace, it may have:

  • Owner – controls the workspace, billing, team members, and assignments

  • Team Members – receive assigned compliance categories and reminders

The Owner is responsible for actions taken by invited team members.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Compliance Tracker India for personal and business compliance awareness and tracking, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the App

  • Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Attempt to access other users' data or systems without authorization

  • Interfere with the security or performance of the App

  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App

  • Use automated systems to post content in Forum features

5. User-Generated Content (Forum)

​

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post in Forum features. By posting, you grant us a license to:

  • Display, distribute, and modify your content within the App

  • Use your content to operate and improve the Services

  • Allow other users to view, interact with, and share your content (as permitted by the App's features)

5.2 Content Standards

You are solely responsible for your Forum content. You agree not to post:

  • False, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content

  • Content that violates others' privacy, intellectual property, or other rights

  • Spam, advertisements, or promotional content (unless explicitly permitted)

  • Content that promotes illegal activities

  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory content

  • Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Review, edit, remove, or refuse to post any content

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

  • Report illegal content to appropriate authorities

We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.

6. Compliance Information Disclaimer

Compliance Tracker India provides informational content only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Compliance requirements depend on your specific facts (industry, size, registrations, transactions, laws in force)

  • Laws and due dates change frequently

  • Forum discussions and news articles are for informational purposes only

  • Marking a compliance as "Completed" (if using dashboard features) does not guarantee legal compliance

  • Compliance Tracker India does not file returns or submit documents on your behalf

You are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying compliance requirements

  • Meeting statutory deadlines

  • Consulting qualified professionals (CA, CS, Advocate) where required

  • Not relying solely on Forum discussions or news articles for legal decisions

​

7. Reminders and Notifications

Compliance Tracker India may send:

  • Notifications about important compliance news and updates

  • Forum notifications (new followers, likes, comments, mentions)

  • Reminders for recurring compliances (if you use dashboard features):

  • 7, 3, 1 days before due date

  • On the due date

  • Daily after a due date is missed (if enabled)

⚠️ Reminders and notifications are convenience features only.

​

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of due dates

  • Delivery of notifications (depends on device, OS, network, permissions)

  • Timeliness of news or updates

You remain fully responsible for compliance even if reminders or notifications fail.

​

8. Subscription and Payments (Compliance Tracker India Plus)

​

8.1 Plus Plan

Compliance Tracker India Plus (₹199/month) may include:

  • Team and Reminders features

​

8.2 Billing

Payments are processed via Apple App Store / Google Play Store

We do not store your payment details

Subscription renewals and cancellations are governed by the platform's policies

​

8.3 Refunds

Refunds, if any, are subject to Apple/Google policies. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS DIRECTLY.

​

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or abusive information

  • Impersonate another person or business

  • Misuse team features to harass or monitor others (if using dashboard features)

  • Use Compliance Tracker India to violate any law or regulation

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

​

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Compliance Tracker India, including:

  • App design and functionality

  • Content structure and organization

  • Compliance categorization and library

  • Branding, logos, and trademarks

  • News curation and Forum features

are owned by PPLST Tech or its licensors.

You may not use our branding or content outside the App without written permission.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of Compliance Tracker India is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process data.

By using the App, you consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

  • If you violate these Terms

  • If required by law

  • If the App is discontinued

  • For any reason with or without notice

You may stop using Compliance Tracker India at any time by deleting your account.

​

Upon termination:

  • Your license ends

  • We may delete or anonymize your data per our Privacy Policy

  • Forum posts may remain visible if reposted or quoted by others

​

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compliance Tracker India and PPLST Tech shall not be liable for:

  • Missed deadlines or penalties

  • Incorrect compliance interpretation

  • Financial loss or regulatory action

  • Loss of data or business interruption

  • Failure of reminders or notifications

  • Reliance on compliance information, Forum discussions, or news articles provided in the App

  • Content posted by other users in Forum features

  • Inaccuracies in news or updates

YOU USE COMPLIANCE TRACKER INDIA AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14. No Warranties

Compliance Tracker India is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, including:

  • Accuracy

  • Completeness

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not guarantee that Forum content, news articles, or compliance information is accurate, current, or applicable to your situation.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PPLST Tech from any claims, losses, penalties, or damages arising from:

  • Your use of Compliance Tracker India

  • Your failure to comply with applicable laws

  • Actions taken based on App content, Forum discussions, or news articles

  • Content you post in Forum features

  • Your violation of these Terms or others' rights

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users by:

  • Updating the Effective Date

  • Posting updated Terms in the App

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

BY USING COMPLIANCE TRACKER INDIA, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  • YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS

  • YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM

  • COMPLIANCE TRACKER INDIA IS AN AWARENESS AND ORGANIZATION TOOL, NOT A LEGAL ADVISOR

  • FORUM DISCUSSIONS AND NEWS ARTICLES ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

  • YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CONSULTING QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS
