This Content & Copyright Policy explains what users can and cannot share on ProTalkie, how intellectual property is protected, and how we handle reports of violations.
This policy supplements our Terms of Use, DMCA Takedown Policy, User Safety Policies, and Privacy Policy.
1. User Responsibility for Shared Content
ProTalkie is a private, encrypted communication service. Users are solely responsible for the content they share.
By using ProTalkie, you agree that:

Fake accounts representing ProTalkie or PPLST Tech
Violating these rules may result in account restriction or termination.
3. End-to-End Encryption & Content Limitations
ProTalkie uses end-to-end encryption (E2EE) for all messages:

We cannot see message content

We cannot decrypt voice notes, images, videos, files, or text

We cannot proactively scan messages for copyright or abuse
Because of this:

Enforcement relies on user reports

We act based on metadata and user-submitted evidence

We cannot access or remove individual messages inside chats
However, we can restrict or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
4. When You Report Content
When you report a violation, you may provide:

Screenshots

A copy of the infringing or harmful content

The sender’s phone number
-
Additional details needed for review
We cannot access encrypted content unless you provide it voluntarily.
We may take action such as:

Warning the violating user
-
Restricting their messaging ability
-
Suspending or terminating the account
-
Reporting serious cases (e.g., CSAM, threats) to authorities
5. Copyright Ownership and Respect
Users must respect copyrights of others.
This includes:

Not sharing copyrighted movies, music, books, or files you do not own

Not distributing paid content without permission
-
Not using ProTalkie for unauthorized commercial use

Not sending content protected by DRM or license restrictions
If you don't own it, you shouldn't share it.
6. Content Ownership: Who Owns What?
6.1 Users Own Their Content
You retain ownership of the voice messages, files, images, and text you share.
6.2 ProTalkie Owns the Platform
We own:

The app

Branding
-
UI designs
-
Logos
-
Code
-
Trademarks
Users may not copy or misuse ProTalkie’s intellectual property.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
In compliance with DMCA and global copyright obligations:

Users who repeatedly share infringing content may be permanently banned

We maintain internal metadata logs to track repeat reports

Decisions are final at ProTalkie’s discretion
8. Sharing Safety Tips
To keep the community safe:

Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required
We do not monitor or scan private messages due to E2EE.
