Trademark & Brand Usage Guidelines

These Trademark & Brand Usage Guidelines explain how the trademarks, logos, designs, branding materials, and other intellectual property belonging to PPLST Tech Private Limited (“PPLST Tech,” “we,” “our,” “us”) may be used.

These guidelines protect the ProTalkie brand and ensure that users, partners, and the public represent our brand accurately and safely.

1. Our Trademarks

The following are trademarks or protected brand assets owned or controlled by PPLST Tech Private Limited:

• ProTalkie™ — app name

• Voice Made Simple™ — tagline

• More Richer, Personal & Safer.™ — tagline

• ProTalkie logo

• ProTalkie wordmark

• ProTalkie icons, UI elements, product images

• PPLST Tech® — company name

• Any future brand marks or product names

All rights are reserved, whether registered or unregistered.

2. General Rules for Using Our Trademarks

You may use ProTalkie’s trademarks only if you follow the rules below:

You MUST:

• Use the trademarks only to refer to the official ProTalkie product

• Use the correct names and capitalization (e.g., ProTalkie, not “ProTalki” or “Pro Talkie”)

• Use our trademarks in a way that does not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement unless explicitly approved

You MUST NOT:

• Modify or alter the logo

• Combine our marks with your own branding

• Use our branding in a misleading or commercial manner

• Use our trademarks in domain names, app names, or product names

• Use our branding in advertisements without permission

Unauthorized use may violate trademark and branding laws.

3. Correct Usage Examples

✔ Acceptable

• “ProTalkie is a voice messaging app developed by PPLST Tech.”

• Showing screenshots of the app in a review or tutorial

• Writing blog posts about using ProTalkie

✘ Not Acceptable

• Naming your app “ProTalkie Recorder” or “Talkie Pro”

• Using our logo on your website to imply partnership

• Printing merchandise with our branding

• Creating lookalike or confusingly similar logos

4. Logo Usage Guidelines

​

To protect brand identity:

✔ DO:

• Use the logo as provided without editing

• Maintain clear space around the logo

• Use the logo only in high-quality, unaltered form

✘ DO NOT:

• Change colors, distort, rotate, or crop

• Place the logo on visually busy backgrounds

• Use the logo inside your own app’s UI without permission

• Use low-resolution, stretched, or modified versions

5. App Icons & Visual Assets

​

ProTalkie’s:

• App icon

• UI screenshots

• Illustrations

• Promo banners

• App Store graphics

• Fonts & design elements

are copyrighted. You may not reuse or replicate them in your own product or branding.

You may display them only:

• For news coverage

• For educational commentary

• For App Store / Google Play linking

and only if not modified.

6. Using ProTalkie in Articles, Blogs & Tutorials

​

You may create:

• Reviews

• Tutorials

• YouTube videos

• Comparisons

• Social media content

​

as long as you:

• Use correct trademark names

• Do not imply sponsorship or partnership

• Do not modify logos or copyrighted assets improperly

• Do not portray ProTalkie inaccurately or misleadingly

We appreciate creators who represent our brand responsibly.

​

7. Naming Rules (Apps, Businesses, Domains)

​

You may NOT use ProTalkie trademarks in:

• Business names

• App names

• Domains (e.g., protalkiesupport.com)

• Social media handles

• Plugins or extensions

• API tools or integrations

The following are prohibited:

• protalkie-tools.com

• talkiewithpro.com

• protalkieaddons.app

• protalkieplus.io

​

Such usage would violate trademark protections and may trigger legal enforcement.

8. Merchandising & Commercial Use

​

You may not create products using our branding, such as:

• T-shirts

• Stickers

• Mugs

• Posters

• Promotional materials

without explicit written permission.

9. No Impersonation

​

You may not:

• Create accounts pretending to be ProTalkie or PPLST Tech

• Use logos in ways that confuse users

• Build “official” pages or support channels

Impersonation will result in legal action and account restrictions.

​

10. Third-Party Integrations & API Use

​

If ProTalkie offers APIs in the future:

• You must follow separate developer branding guidelines

• You cannot imply that your integration is “official” without written approval

11. Ownership and Reservation of Rights

​

All ProTalkie trademarks, copyrights, logos, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of PPLST Tech Private Limited.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these guidelines.

Permission may be revoked at any time.

12. Requesting Permission

For media, press, partnerships, brand collaborations, or special use cases, contact:

13. Reporting Trademark Misuse

• Unauthorized use of logos

• Scam pages claiming affiliation

• Misleading content pretending to be official
