This notice provides additional disclosures for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
PPLST Tech Private Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of users in California.
1. Your Rights Under CCPA / CPRA

1.2 Right to Delete
You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you.
When you delete your ProTalkie account, all account data, messages, media, and personal information are deleted within 30 days.
1.3 Right to Correct (Rectification)
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information we hold about you.
1.4 Right to Opt-Out of “Sale” or “Sharing” of Personal Information
ProTalkie does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.
We do not use:

Ad networks

Behavioral tracking

Cross-app or cross-platform identifiers
Therefore, there is no need for a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.
1.5 Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
Under CPRA, sensitive data includes geolocation, account login info, and message content.
ProTalkie:

Uses sensitive personal information only to provide the service

Does not use sensitive personal information for profiling or advertising

Stores message content with end-to-end encryption
You have the right to request limitations if you believe your data is unnecessarily processed.
1.6 Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not:

Deny you the app

Charge different prices

Reduce service quality

Offer different levels of functionality
…simply because you exercise your privacy rights.

3. Data Sharing Practices
ProTalkie shares data only with:
Service Providers

APNS / FCM (push notifications)
These providers are contractually restricted from selling or using your data for their own purposes.
Legal Authorities
Only if required by valid legal process
(we cannot decrypt message content).
Business Transfers
If ProTalkie is acquired or merged.
We do not sell personal information.
4. How to Submit a CCPA/CPRA Request

5. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
We require written permission and identity verification.
6. Minors Under 16
ProTalkie:

Does not sell or share data, including for minors

Requires users to be 13+

Requires parental consent for EU/UK minors under 16
If we learn that a child is using the service without proper consent, we will delete the account.
